Banning harassment of GLBT in Iowa Schools

Students, teachers and state leaders gathered in Des Moines, Iowa, Tuesday to renew a call for statewide rules banning the harassment of homosexuals in schools. Gov. Tom Vilsack supports a bill that would ban bullying in schools, with a specific ban of bullying that is based on a student’s sexual orientation.
